The 2010-2011 season is now complete. 

Currently, the only tournament set for the 2011-2012 season is the Trumpeter Classic.  In addition to the Trumpeter Classic, we will have 3 other tournaments.  We will have a tournament in September 2011, one in January 2012, the Club Championship in April 2012 and then the Trumpeter Classic in June 2012.  The games from the Adult tournaments will be recorded and then posted to the website soon after the tournament is complete.  You will find them on the Completed Tournaments - Results and Games tab.  Once you click on the individual tournament, you will be able to play the games online or you will be able to download the entire pgn file if you wish. 

In addition to our tournaments, club members can meet together at the Grande Prairie Public Library for casual chess.  They can also play rated games at the library if they wish.  The results will need to be recorded and then sent in to Tim Pradzinski so that they can be sent in for rating and added to our website.  Players are responsible for paying for their own rating fees and be current CFC members.
